Access to the Website may be denied / rejection of an “Request” for an order
The website reserves the right, but is not obliged, to review any order request (“Request”) and reject any request at our sole discretion, without the need to provide an explanation or prior notice. You shall have no complaint or claim against us in the event of rejection of a request, and no payment will be charged for a rejected request.
If you do not agree to the terms, please refrain from making any purchase on the website.
Grant of Rights
The website grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to access and use the website in accordance with the regular use of its interface, including services and purchases available therein.
Responsibility for Activity on the Website and Accuracy of Details

4. Prices, Costs and Changes in Products/Content
Prices may change before placing the order
The prices displayed on the website may change from time to time and are not binding until receipt of the order confirmation email as detailed in these terms. The prices for a specific order shall be binding only as they appear in the order confirmation email.
Shipping costs and taxes – will be added at checkout
The prices displayed on the website include VAT, but do not include other taxes (such as customs duty, if applicable) and shipping costs. These costs will be added and displayed during the checkout process when placing the order and before the final payment. In addition, in certain cases additional costs may apply for shipping or import customs duties. In such case, all additional costs shall be the customer’s responsibility.
Changes in Products and Pricing
Products, prices, discounts, packaging and any detail related to them may change at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Only the details expressly included in the order confirmation email shall be binding.
Images, Colors and Display
The images and graphics displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily accurately reflect the products as they will actually be supplied.
The shade, exact color or shape of the products supplied to you may not be completely identical to the images displayed on the website. Such changes are natural and expected.
5. Prohibited Conduct on the Website

6. Orders and Payments
The information on the Website is not a binding contractual offer
The information presented on the website does not constitute a binding contractual offer on our part towards you. Submission of a request to purchase a product (hereinafter: “Products”) shall be deemed a contractual offer on your part.
The purchase contract shall be deemed accepted only upon receipt of the order confirmation email (hereinafter: “the Confirmation Email”), which includes a summary of your order details (including ordered products, shipping details, price and any other required information, hereinafter: “Order“)
Please note: after placing the order, it is not possible to change the shipping details, therefore they must be filled in carefully and accurately. If you nevertheless wish to change shipping details and provided we have not yet sent the order, you may contact us via one of the contact methods on the website.
Choosing a shipping and payment method
When placing an order you will be asked to choose the shipping method and the payment method you prefer.

Payment Terms and Payment Methods
Payment terms may change from time to time, at our sole discretion and as detailed in the order confirmation email. Certain payment terms may be offered to you, while other terms will not be available to you.
We do not collect or store your credit card details or payment method details. Payment is made through third-party providers, clearing companies and external applications clearly displayed on the relevant website pages (such as Cardcom for credit card processing, PayPal, Bit and more). It is recommended to review the privacy policies of the payment providers to understand their terms. If you do not want your data to be transferred to the relevant clearing providers, do not make any transaction on the website.
Payment refusal and rejected orders
If your credit card company or any other payment provider rejects your payment request, your order will not be binding and you will not receive the product.
You must ensure that the payment and shipping details you entered are correct, and that the payment will be successfully approved.
Orders rejected by the relevant clearing company may still appear on the website, including order details, shipping address, price, etc’.
Products, shipping address, prices and additional order details may continue to appear on the website, but the order will not be supplied if the payment was not approved and recorded by us.
Order cancellation and order modification
After sending the order confirmation email, it is not possible to change the order. If you nevertheless wish to change the order and provided it has not been sent, you may contact us via one of the contact methods appearing on the website.
Cancellation of an order by you will be carried out in accordance with חוק הגנת הצרכן הישראלי”, “התשמ”א-1981, and the relevant regulations, in accordance with the distance transaction provisions as detailed in sections 14(ג)-(ה) of the law. Cancellation cannot be made after the product has been used. If you choose to cancel and return a product that has already been used, the product will remain in our possession without a refund, and all shipping costs in such case will be your responsibility.
We may cancel any order at any time and for any reason, subject to sending an email notice to the address you provided to us. In the event of cancellation by us, all payments made for the order will be cancelled or refunded to you in full.
Shipping costs upon cancellation and order tracking
Cancelling an order does not entitle you to a refund of the shipping payment, whether or not the shipment was made. Only returning the product as required under these terms will entitle you to a refund.
We do not have an order tracking system. You may contact us directly to obtain information about the location of your package. When the package arrives at the pickup point or at your home, you will receive a notice from the shipping company regarding pickup or receipt of the package.
If the shipment is not collected and is returned to the shipping company, additional charges may be imposed on the purchaser’s account.
Cancellation after delivery
If you cancel a transaction after the product has been delivered to you, the cancellation will be subject to “חוק הגנת הצרכן הישראל “ and may be carried out only if the returned product has not been used and has not been damaged.
Return/Exchange of a non-defective product
You may return a product and receive a refund or exchange it for another product within 14 business days from receipt of the shipment, provided that the product has not been used and is packaged in its original packaging. In addition, please note that in accordance with חוק הגנת” הצרכן”, upon cancellation of a transaction a fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 ש”ח — the lower of the two — will be charged.
In order to exchange/return a product, you must follow the instructions below:
Filling in details: leave an inquiry on the ״returns, exchange and product warrenty״ page; fill out the form appearing below with your full details (name, phone, address and order number). In the “more detail” field please state the reason for the inquiry (return/exchange or warranty claim)
Review and approval: a representative on our behalf will review the inquiry and contact you by email to approve the process.
Easy shipping: if the request is approved, we will send you by email a bill of lading (label) for printing and a list of delivery points close to your home. All you have to do is attach the label to the package and deliver it at the point convenient for you. And all this at no additional cost!

Credit for return of the product will not include shipping costs.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions allowing return (for example, if the product is defective or has been used), you will not be entitled to a refund.Cancellation cannot be made after the product has been used. If you choose to cancel and return a product that has already been used, the product will remain in our possession without a refund, and all shipping costs in such case will be your responsibility.
In the event you wish us to resend to you the returned product, you will be required to bear the additional shipping costs, otherwise the product will not be resent.
7. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a 3 – month warranty in order to ensure your satisfaction. This warranty includes repairs for stitching issues, manufacturing defects, material defects and torn zippers. If a defect is discovered that cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement product. In addition, if a malfunction is discovered immediately after purchase, we may offer an immediate exchange. Our goal is to ensure that you receive a quality product that meets your expectations.
In order to exercise the promised warranty, follow the instructions below:

8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping limitations
Shipments may be limited or unavailable in certain areas or countries (or specific areas within a country). Mere presentation of the products on the website does not guarantee that they can be shipped to any destination worldwide.
Shipping timeline (within 6 – 14 business days)
Our shipments are made through selected shipping companies such as UPS, Easyship and other reliable shipping companies. The estimated delivery time is 6 – 14 business days, starting from the date of sending the order confirmation email.
We strive to ship on time using reliable shipping services, but we do not have full control over the schedules of the shipping companies. The actual delivery date may vary, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, according to the shipping company’s schedule.
Shipping details and incorrect details
The shipment will be made according to the details (the address) you provided when placing the order. You must ensure that all details filled in are correct and complete, as any mistake may cause delivery failure.
If the details you provided are incomplete or incorrect, we will attempt to contact you using the contact details you provided when placing the order, in order to correct the details and complete delivery of the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date. Incorrect details may lead to delivery failure, and in such case you will not receive the products you ordered and you will have no claim or demand against us.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, subject to refunding the payment you made, less fees and costs incurred due to your default.
In the case of incorrect shipping details, additional payments may be required in order to resend the products to the updated address you provided to us.
Receipt of the shipment, delivery point and verification
You must receive the products shipped to you in a timely manner, after coordinating with the delivery services. The shipment may be delivered to a certain pickup point and not directly to your address, depending on the shipping selection you entered when placing the order. Completion of the order will be deemed upon arrival of the shipment at the designated delivery point.
It is your sole responsibility to collect the order from the designated delivery point and on time.
We reserve the right to request identifying documents for completion of delivery, but we are not obligated to do so.
Non-collection / reshipment / delivery failure
Products not collected on time may be returned or classified as lost, without any refund whatsoever.
In certain cases, we may be able to reship the products, subject to payment of additional mandatory expenses such as additional shipping expenses. Reshipment will be possible only if we have succeeded in contacting you using the contact details you provided to us. Please note that any additional shipment may involve additional costs.
We do not control the operation of the shipping companies or unforeseen situations. In cases where delivery fails (and not due to an incorrect address or non-collection of the products by you), we may be required to cancel the order and refund the payment you made. Prior to cancellation, we will attempt to contact you and coordinate an alternative delivery option, if possible. If the order is cancelled, all payments you made will be refunded to you, except for the shipping price.
Delivery failure will not exempt you from full payment for the relevant order.
Shipping bag
Please note that the shipping bag in which the products are shipped to you may include a printed note detailing the products in the package, for the benefit of the shipping services.
9. Property Rights and Intellectual Property Rights
Website copyrights
The website and its content include works protected by copyrights and trademarks belonging to its owners, operators or others. You must not modify, distribute, copy, frame, republish, display, upload, post, reproduce, sell or otherwise use in any way the website content or the trademarks therein.
Ownership of content and intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated on a specific page, all materials on the website, including texts, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and additional materials, as well as copyrights, trademarks, design style (Trade Dress) and the intellectual property rights related thereto (hereinafter: “the Content”), are owned by us, controlled by us or licensed to us (the website and any related entity). 10. Discontinuation of activity or sale of the Website
The website may cease its activity, in whole or in part (including any of its services), permanently or temporarily, at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice.
We may sell or transfer ownership and control of the website, including anything related to it as well as information and data held by the website, to a successor entity or to any person or entity purchasing the website activity (in whole or in its material part). The entity that inherits the website will undertake to continue operating it in accordance with these terms and our privacy policy, and will replace the current owners and operators of the website.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the website ceases its services or its activity in full, you will not be entitled to any compensation or remedy of any kind whatsoever. You will have no claim against the website in such cases, except for a refund for orders that were paid for but not supplied.

All products are shipped from the warehouse after inspection by us. If the product is defective, it may be returned in accordance with the law (see above). However, we are not liable for any defect or damage caused to you as a result of using our products. Use the products carefully, with discretion, and at your sole responsibility.
The website may contain errors and is not liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failure of communication lines, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to information, or alteration of any detail on the website. This limitation also applies to product descriptions or any other content appearing on the website.
Product characteristics and use
Color, sheen or shade of the products may change or fade over time. Exposure to sun, heat or light may accelerate the fading process.
There may be differences between the sizes appearing in the online size chart and the actual size of the products you receive.
The products are sensitive to moisture and liquids, and therefore it is recommended to avoid exposure to them as much as possible. If the product gets wet, it must be completely dried before use.

12. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Dispute Resolution
By using the website (including any application or service) and placing orders through it, you agree that any dispute related to the website, its services or any matter arising from them, shall be subject exclusively to the laws of the State of Israel, regardless of international conflict of laws rules, and shall be conducted in accordance with these terms. In such case, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
Jurisdiction and dispute resolution
You agree that any dispute arising from the website, any order, shipment or product and its use (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be heard exclusively by the competent courts in Israel, in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District only. You agree to waive any claim or objection regarding the exclusive jurisdiction of this forum. Any legal proceeding shall be conducted and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel only, without regard to international conflict of laws rules.
13. Indemnification and Liability
You undertake to indemnify and hold harmless the website, its subsidiaries, business partners, as well as their directors, officers, agents, partners, contractors and employees, from any loss, liability, claim, demand, costs, damages or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, required by a third party in connection with the website or any relationship created between you and the website as a result of your use of it.
14. Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to refuse or prevent the provision of any service or product to any customer, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or in writing, including but not limited to the following cases: א) providing incorrect or inaccurate information, ב) blocked or restricted credit card, ג) payment method, account or device that does not operate properly.
You agree that any claim or cause of action of any kind whatsoever against the website or anyone on its behalf shall be filed in court within and no later than 24 months from the date of its occurrence. This section shall be deemed consent to limitation of the statute of limitations period in accordance with any relevant law, and shall prevail over any other statutory requirement, unless it is a mandatory requirement under law.
Upon registration, placing an order or any other use of the website, you confirm that during your activity you send electronic communications of any kind through the website networks and servers.
