The Long Version:

1. “PII”, in this document’s purposes, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.

 

What PII do we collect and for what purposes?

When making a purchase or effecting an Order you will be asked to enter certain PII (and Non-PII) regarding yourself, your choices, your contact information, your Order’s content, the requested delivery method, relevant payment method, etc. Such details will be required to affect your choices on our Site and complete your Order.

Do note that any such information must be precise, complete, up-to-date and correct. Any errors in such data might cause you not to receive your Order and the Products ordered, additional expenses prior receiving the Order and other losses and expenses.

3. For example, we collect your name, your delivery and billing details, your contact information and delivery address (including I.D. No., state, city, street, building No., floor (if relevant), ZIP-code, telephone No., eMail address and similar data as you might supply Us with), your purchase history at our Site, etc..

7. To remove any doubt, we DO NOT collect specific data of your payments methods. We use third party services (clearing houses, Such as PayPal, CardCom, etc.) to execute the payments made to Us.

All supplied personal credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and HTTPS technologies and then encrypted into our payment clearing houses After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, etc.) will not be stored on our servers yet your Purchase history will be saved in order to better serve you next time.
14. Your PII held by us is contained in our servers behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
15. We do not use vulnerability scanning. We do not use Malware Scanning.
16. Any information collected by us may be stored and processed on Our servers, most likely at Israel or the USA.

 

Disclosure to third-party of PII and Non-PII

17. Your PII will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than specifically stated below.
18. Your PII will be available to Our employees and contractors on a “need-to-know” basis in order to allow them to perform Our undertaking to you, the management of Our business, Our inventory and Our Site.
19. We may disclose your PII to third parties in the following instances:

• For the purpose of delivering the purchased product contained in each Order to you, for reviewing your complaints and inquiries and for customer support.

As before, you are requested to review those and not to make any Order from Us should you disagree to anything contained therein.

We may also transfer any and all information (PII and Non-PII) to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale, merger, acquisition or any other transaction with the Site, its owner or substantially all of its assets or to another corporation utilized by us. This will not diminish from our undertakings herein

Updating, Correcting or Deleting Information
