Submit a return, exchange, warranty, or redelivery request via our Returns page using your order number and email. Returns and exchanges: within 14 calendar days of delivery (Israel), or within 14 business days plus an additional 14 calendar days from your order date (international). Warranty: within 3 months. Redelivery: no time limit. After payment, a courier will collect the package from your address — no further action needed. Subsidized shipping cost: ₪35 (exchange/warranty/redelivery) or ₪55 (return) in Israel; ₪190 for all request types internationally.
