אחריות
כל המוצרים שלנו כוללים אחריות יצרן ל-3 חודשים, המכסה פגמים כגון בעיות תפירה או רוכסן. ניתן להגיש בקשת אחריות דרך אותו עמוד, בתוקף עד 3 חודשים מקבלת המשלוח.
משלוח חוזר
במידה והמשלוח לא נאסף בזמן על ידכם, ניתן לשלם על משלוח חדש דרך העמוד.
איך זה עובד
לאחר מילוי הטופס והשלמת התשלום, שליח יגיע לאסוף את המשלוח ישירות מהכתובת שהזנתם — אין צורך בשום פעולה נוספת מצדכם. פשוט המתינו לשליח בכתובת שציינתם.
עלות משלוח החזרה
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, עלות המשלוח על פריטים תקינים (במקרה של שינוי דעת או מידה שגויה) חלה על הלקוח. השירות המסובסד שלנו עולה:
- החלפה, אחריות או משלוח חוזר: ₪35
- החזרה: ₪55
בדיקת תקינות המוצר
כל מוצר שמוחזר עובר בדיקת תקינות. אם יתברר שהמוצר הוחזר במצב פגום, משומש, או שאינו תואם למדיניות ההחזרות שלנו — לא נוכל לאשר את הזיכוי, והמוצר יוחזר אליכם על חשבונכם.
תהליך הזיכוי
- בבקשת החזרה, הזיכוי יבוצע תוך 1–7 ימי עסקים מיום קבלת ההודעה או החזרת המוצר, ישירות לאמצעי התשלום המקורי
- בבקשת החלפה, יינתן זיכוי למימוש חוזר באתר בערך המוצר המוחלף
- אישור על ביצוע הזיכוי יישלח לדוא"ל
חשוב — לפני בקשת החזרה: דמי המשלוח המקוריים אינם ניתנים להחזר, מכיוון שהשירות כבר סופק. כמו כן יחול על החזרות (לא על החלפות) דמי ביטול בסך 5% מסכום ההזמנה, או ₪100 — לפי הנמוך מביניהם, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן.
ביטול עסקה
ביטול לפני משלוח מזכה בהחזר מלא. אם הפריט כבר נשלח, יש להחזירו בהתאם למדיניות ההחזרות המפורטת לעיל.
Returns and Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery, directly through this page — simply enter your order number and email, and the system will verify your eligibility automatically.
Warranty
All our products include a 3-month manufacturer warranty, covering defects such as stitching or zipper issues. Warranty requests can be submitted through the same page, valid for up to 3 months from delivery.
Redelivery
If your package wasn't collected in time, you can pay for a new shipment through this page.
How It Works
Once you complete the form and payment, a courier will collect the package directly from the address you provided — there's nothing else you need to do. Simply wait for the courier at the address you entered.
Return Shipping Cost
In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, shipping costs for non-defective items (change of mind or wrong size) are the customer's responsibility. Our subsidized service costs:
- Exchange, Warranty, or Redelivery: ₪35 (Israel) / ₪190 (International)
- Return: ₪55 (Israel) / ₪190 (International)
Product Inspection
Every returned item is inspected upon arrival. If the product is found to be damaged, used, or otherwise doesn't meet our return policy, we won't be able to issue a refund, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Refund Process
- For returns, refunds are processed within 1–7 business days from the date we receive your notice or the returned item, directly to your original payment method
- For exchanges, credit is issued for reuse on our site, equal to the value of the exchanged item
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund or credit is completed
Important — Before Requesting a Return: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, as this service has already been provided. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order total, or ₪100 — whichever is lower — also applies to returns (not exchanges), in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations made before shipment receive a full refund. If the item has already shipped, it must be returned according to the return policy above.
