In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, when returning or exchanging a non-defective item (due to change of mind or incorrect size), the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility. We offer a subsidized return service through our Returns page — ₪35 for exchanges and ₪55 for returns — where a courier collects the package directly from your address.

Submit your request through our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty page using your order number and email. Our system automatically verifies your eligibility and calculates the cost. Once you complete payment, a courier will collect the package directly from your address — no drop-off points, no extra steps.

As stated in our returns policy, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, as this service has already been provided. Please note that any refund is also subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount, or ₪100 — whichever is lower, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
