Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your product, or if you encounter an issue requiring repair under warranty, we provide a clear, fast, and convenient process.
Return Policy
You may return or exchange a product within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
In the interest of full transparency – in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, when returning a non-defective item (due to a change of mind or incorrect size), the responsibility and cost of returning the item to the business fall solely on the customer.
Cancellation Fee
By law, when canceling a transaction and receiving a monetary refund, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS — whichever is lower — will be deducted. (Size exchanges or store credit are not subject to this fee).
Original Shipping Fees
Shipping fees paid for “Home Delivery” at the time of purchase are non-refundable. (Orders originally shipped to a pick-up point for free will be refunded for the item’s price).
Manufacturer’s Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All products on the website come with a three-month manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. (Please note: The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by unreasonable use). In the event of a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service, and we will cover the shipping costs.
Self-Service for Returns, Exchanges, Warranty, and Reshipments
To streamline the process and save you the hassle of dealing with expensive shipping companies, we have built a quick and simple self-service system directly on this page.
Step 1: Fill Out the Request Form
Fill out the logistics form below with your details: name, order number, type of request (Returns / Exchanges / Warranty / Reshipment), and your full pickup address.
Step 2: Automatic Pricing
The system will identify your country and automatically display the subsidized service cost, which includes a door-to-door courier pickup:
Israel: 35 NIS
Worldwide: 190 NIS
Step 3: Receive Your Shipping Label and Complete the Process
Once payment is complete, our representative will process your request:
For Returns or Exchanges or Warranty: We will generate a shipping label according to your chosen method and email it directly to you. All you need to do is print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the nearest pick-up point (or wait for the courier to pick it up from your home, depending on your choice).
For Reshipments: There is no need for you to print a label. We will use the service you purchased to generate a new label and dispatch the package back to you.
Alternative Return Options (Without using the website service):
Independent Shipping: You may ship the package back to us at your own expense using any carrier to: Rabbi Ilovitzky 8, Floor 4, Apt 13, Petah Tikva, Israel. Please Note: The package must be delivered directly to our door. Packages sent to drop-off points or post offices will not be collected and will be returned to the sender.
In-Person Return: You are welcome to arrive at the address above to return or exchange the item in person, free of charge (please coordinate your arrival in advance).
