Yes. In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, when returning or exchanging a non-defective item (due to change of mind or incorrect size), the responsibility and cost of returning the item to the business fall solely on the customer. We do not provide free return labels; however, we offer a subsidized return service on our website to make the process easier for you.

For your convenience, we offer 3 ways to return or exchange your item:

1. Easy Return Service (Subsidized): Add the “Return / Exchange” item to your cart for 30 NIS. At checkout, you can choose: drop-off at a pick-up point (no extra charge, Total: 30 NIS) or Home Pick-up by a courier (an additional 35 NIS, Total: 65 NIS for door-to-door).

2. Independent Shipping: Ship the package back to us at your own expense to: Rabbi Ilovitzky 8, Floor 4, Apt 13. Important: The package must be delivered strictly door-to-door. We will not collect packages sent to drop-off points or post offices, and they will be returned to the sender.

3. In-Store: You are welcome to drop by our store to return or exchange your item in person, completely free of charge.

If your original order included free shipping to a pick-up point, you will be refunded for the price of the items. If you paid for “Home Delivery” when placing the order, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Please note: By law, any refund for a canceled transaction is subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
